It’s time to ditch the diet for good and finally achieve weight loss that lasts.
Theoretically, you know exactly how to lose weight.
I know you understand biology, know how to count calories, and more than likely have a nutrition class or two under your belt. In summary, you know exactly how weight loss works.
Only, no matter how many times you try to lose the weight you’ve been carrying around the past decade or so, you never seem to quite hit that magical number that makes you comfortable and leaves you feeling like your best self.
In desperation, you’ve tried out the fad diets - bouncing from gimmick to gimmick that promises you’ll lose 10 pounds in a month or maybe detox in a week, only to be left more discouraged than before. In fact, the more restrictive you are, the more you crave “bad” foods even more.
I’m here to let you know: it’s not your fault.
Life has been keeping you incredibly busy, and all the quick fixes that are being thrown your way actually aren’t quick at all. In fact, they are not only a time suck, they are also an energy suck (something that you already don’t have enough of.
98% of diets fail - so why do we keep perpetuating the myth that dieting and restriction are the answer?
Here’s what both traditional nutritional advice and diet culture miss out on: what’s going on in your brain.
Yes, that big, beautiful brain of yours that helped you build an incredible career while simultaneously raising kids and having the answer to every question under the sun. You could tell someone … just as quickly as you could let your spouse know where your middle son’s soccer jersey went last week (it’s behind the washer).
Because even though that brain has done some pretty amazing things for you, it’s also reminding you that 3 pm is when you swing by the breakroom for some afternoon chocolate, it’s also the brain keeping you so busy all day that you forget to eat until 8 pm, and it’s also the brain that’s constantly putting your nutritional needs last.
If you’re going to finally do this weight loss thing, you need a real plan: one that starts with mindful eating.
Because when you master mindful eating, you’ll finally…
✓ Know the root cause of your emotional eating and have a strategy to feel better without turning to food.
✓ Know that you can go anywhere and eat anything without feeling like you were being “bad.”
✓ Enjoy your food and meal times more than you ever have before.
This is why I created my signature 10-week group program, Stop Counting Calories!
Introducing
Stop Counting Calories!
Lose the weight, expand your life, and NEVER diet again.
Stop Counting Calories! Lose the weight, expand your life, and NEVER diet again is a ten-week group coaching program where I teach you how to ditch the food “rules” in favor of listening to your body’s cues and finding the balance within so that you can achieve lasting weight loss and your wellness goals.
What’s Included:
✓ We’ll meet on Zoom for ten consecutive Tuesdays at 7 p.m. EST starting February 8, 2022. During this time, we’ll focus on one main topic that will help you transform the way you think about food—like mindful eating, self-talk, basic nutrition concepts, and why food rules are harmful.
✓ Each week, we’ll have a discussion, Q&A session, and assignment, allowing you to get the support you need to understand and implement the things you’re learning.
✓ I’ve created this group environment to be welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. You will never feel judged or guilty as you learn alongside others who are on the same journey.
The result is not a quick-fix for weight loss or a new diet to follow.
Instead, you’re going to transform the way you think about food and learn how to make mindful eating choices that will support long-term weight loss and your overall wellness goals.
A week-by-week sneak peak of what’s inside!
Week 1: Why diets don’t work
In order to take a refreshing new approach, you need to understand where traditional diets get it wrong.
Week 2: Relearn nutrition basics: What do I eat? Unlearn diet culture messaging
Understanding basic nutrition helps us ditch traditional diet constraints and know that there is nothing wrong with our bodies.
Week 3: Witness the inner voice: the self-talk action loop
What we say to ourselves is critical for weight loss success. Our thoughts drive our feelings, which drive our actions and ultimately our results.
Week 4: Trust yourself, you know when you’re hungry and when to eat
Reteach yourself the innate skills of listening to our hunger and satiety cues. You do know how to fuel your body well.
Week 5: Mindful eating for winning results
When we include mindfulness in our eating we are better able to listen to those hunger cues and tap into the power of self-talk.
Week 6: Unpack Emotional Eating and Their Triggers
More control does not help us solve emotional eating. Instead we need to understand the causes to develop constructive coping mechanisms.
Week 7: Build lasting habits
Research shows us the best strategies to help those desired habits stick. It’s important to implement these tricks in order to cement the new healthy behaviors in your routine.
Week 8: Moving forward/revisit goals
Let’s build on your previous success and momentum!
Week 9: Believe in yourself to Love Yourself to Weight Loss
This process opens up new possibilities in your life and it’s all driven by newfound love and confidence.
Week 10: Celebrate your best you!
You’ve come a long way and it’s time to celebrate your new path.
And after 10 weeks of working together, you’ll finally have the tools to…
Feel grateful about your food so you can stop judging yourself and start being kinder to yourself.
Identify food triggers in order to avoid the emotional eating that’s holding you back from your goals.
Eliminate food rules to achieve food freedom, which allows you to enjoy food while eating mindfully.
Trust that you can feed yourself well, and you can sustain your healthy eating habits long after the program is finished.
Experience lasting weight loss, allowing you to feel better, have more energy, and be a good food role model to your children.
What my clients are saying…
“I have personally never felt better about my health/fitness/wellbeing, and you are a huge reason for that! I no longer view food as numbers or ‘good or bad’.”
- DW
I have to say I'm much less stressed and anxious about eating and how I approach food. I have always struggled with my eating habits since I was in Middle School and this has helped me look at differently.

Meet Andrea Heyman
The Anti-Diet Dietitian
I’ve been a dietitian for over 25 years with a specialty in weight management. My clients’ success has always depended on them addressing what is going on inside as well as outside. That’s why I focus on the mindset and mindfulness pieces—allowing you to achieve lasting behavioral changes that lead to sustainable outcomes.
We have been conditioned to be emotional eaters over years and decades. It takes pointed, diligent work to address our mindset around food and making mindful eating choices. That’s exactly why I created this program.
This is not a diet. It’s not a meal plan. There are no rules or instructions.
It’s a mindset shift that’s going to change the way you look at food so you can make sustainable, long-term changes that support your health and wellness.
