From Hospital Dietitian to Anti Diet Revolutionary, How One Client Changed My Path

I really feel that one noteworthy experience early in my dietitian career molded and shaped where I am today and that I'm promoting the Anti Diet message.

In this episode I tell my story of how my training didn't teach me everything I needed to know in order to help others lose weight and keep it off. It was actually trial and error and incorporating non traditional techniques that took me from a hospital dietitian to an anti diet revolution dietitian.
