Overate? Now What? Tips to Get You Back on Track


Let’s paint the picture here.  You’ve been eating really well, treating your body well, you feel good, healthy, and then you overeat.  Maybe you were tired or really hungry or you were hanging out with friends.  But you know you overate.  It can be a frustrating feeling.  

First know that ALL of us have done it.  AND we will all do it again.   It’s kind of like a part of life.  That doesn’t mean I’m giving you permission to overeat regularly, but I want you to know that this is something that is a normal part of life and it happens.
