WHAT Is The Non-Diet Meal Plan?

Meal prep food photos and “inspiration” can be found all over the internet, but often these posts promote rigid, restrictive ways of eating that are consistent with dieting. 

Moving toward a non-diet approach to eating doesn’t mean that there can’t be any structure around meals and eating – but there’s a way to do it that promotes more flexibility while still listening to your body. 

Components of a ‘non diet’ meal plan

                No strict food rules

                Used as a tool to save time and add convenience to your household

                Used to get other family members involved, particularly your kids

                No pre-set portion sizes are dictated in order to allow you to listen to your bodies cues
