3 Keys to Break the Diet Cycle and Role Model a Healthy Food Relationship

Much of our programming, beliefs, thoughts about food can be solidified in us at an early age.

In fact much of our subconcious programming is wired by the time we’re 7 or 8 years of age.

You never know how seemingly innocent comments about our bodies or food can be interpreted by the mind of a child.  

Obviously, we want our kids to have a healthy relationship wiht food.

We don’t want our kids to suffer through the vicious diet culture.  

We have the ability to be positive role models from our kids.
