What SHOULD You Be Eating? 4 Steps to Get You Started

Is there a one specific way to eat?  Certain foods that MUST be included in your diet?  Certain foods that you MUST avoid?

When people find out I’m a registered dietitian they look to me for that magic advice of what they should eat.  

So what is it?  The answer is probably not what you expect.  

There’s no one right way to eat, there are no foods you must avoid or include in your eating plan.  

In this episode, I’ll give you all some specific healthy guidelines and some additional tips to get you started.
