Food Rules: Roadblocks To Weight Loss

No sugar
No processed foods
Don't eat after a certain time
Drink a glass of water when you're hungry.
Do any of these food rules sound familiar to you?
Now the next question, if you had one of these food rules, how long were you able to stick to it?
My guess is not very long.
Why is it so hard to keep these food rules?
Because the rule we're setting bring attention exactly to the thing we're trying not to do. So we're drilling into our subconscious exactly the thing we DON'T want to do.
And that my friend is next to impossible to out will.
