Low carb⁠

No sugar⁠

No processed foods⁠

Don't eat after a certain time⁠

Drink a glass of water when you're hungry. ⁠

Do any of these food rules sound familiar to you? ⁠

Now the next question, if you had one of these food rules, how long were you able to stick to it? ⁠

My guess is not very long.⁠

Why is it so hard to keep these food rules?⁠

Because the rule we're setting bring attention exactly to the thing we're trying not to do. So we're drilling into our subconscious exactly the thing we DON'T want to do.⁠

And that my friend is next to impossible to out will.⁠

So I hereby grant you permission to ditch all the food rules you give yourself!!⁠
