Hiding Food and Other Food Secrets: It's Time to Get Honest

I had a client this week tell me they were going to send me a written day of what their typical eating habits are. Then she added, an actual day of eating, not a day where I sneak certain foods and then don’t have to count it because nobody else knew about it.

I immediately knew that so many of us could relate to this and that I wanted to talk about it on the podcast.

I've identified three main reasons why hiding food and being dishonest about what we eat is so common.
