Meal Plannig Strategies for Weight Loss the Anti Diet Way

It probably doesn’t surprise you but I am a consistent meal planner.  Every week I make a list of the meals I’ll make and generate a grocery list accordingly.

There are so many benefits to meal planning such as time savings, money savings and I’m not going to get into the details today, but if you want to listen back I’ve got some great episodes toward the beginning of my podcast.

I want to emphasize that we definitely don’t want to use our meal plan as another diet approach.
