Understanding the Anti Diet Movement Feeding Yourself is Easy

This is part three of a three part series breaking down what Anti Diet means. Now this is a new term so there really isn’t a universal definition but to me it means three things. Today we’ll focus on the last of three criteria and that is: feeding yourself is easy.

Feeding yourself becomes easy when you adapt to the anti diet movement. It becomes easy because you:
-know your go to foods
-experience an enjoyable food culture
-allow space for more creativity in the kitchen
-family members become more involved in the kitchen

When you allow eating to be easy, then you open so much more space in your life to really enjoy the best parts of life!
