Saucy black beans over butternut squash

This one has a little kick by using 2 jalepeno peppers but not too much heat. This one is great because it makes enough so I have leftovers for lunch in the week
✅Peel, remove seeds and slice one butternut squash. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet. Roast until fork tender. Set aside.
✅Sauté 2 diced jalapeño, 1 diced onion and 4 garlic cloves. One onions are soft add one can tomato sauce, 1 tsp salt and 1tsp maple syrup. Process in food processor until smooth. Return to pan.
✅Drain and rinse 2 cans black beans. Fold beans into sauce until warm.
✅To serve, place butternut squash slices in bowl and top with saucy black beans.
