Seitan pepper stir fry
This one takes
about 10 minutes of prep work and another few minutes to let the rice finish
cooking. Plus only 5-6 ingredients

✅Sauté 2 cloves garlic, add 2, 8 ounce
packages seitan
✅Add mixture of 1/4 cup oj, 1/4 cup soy
sauce, 1 T brown sugar, 1 T corn starch and allow to thicken for two minutes
✅Remove mixture from oven
✅Saute onion, 2 bell peppers until soft
✅Add
seitan back in and mix with peppers
✅Serve over rice
