Hi, I’m Andrea.
And I help working moms revamp their approach to food by learning how to trust their bodies and enjoy food again.
Oh, and by giving them tools they can actually use to do this in the real-world (ie. while they’re trying to squeeze cooking dinner into a 15-minute window).
I realized very early in my career as a dietitian that the nutrition field fails so many of its clients. And I was part of the problem. That’s when I decided it was time to do things a little differently.
As an anti-diet nutrition coach, I want to help women like you achieve food freedom while meeting their wellness goals. We’ll do this in a way that doesn’t require any fad diets, expensive and time-consuming meal plans, calorie counting, or restriction of any kind.
